You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items for a refund or exchange. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe.

Return Requirements

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all accessories and manuals
• Free from damage not related to manufacturing defects
• Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation

Return Authorization (RA)

• Provide your order number and reason for return
• We’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions
• Include the RA number in the package and on the label if requested

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or special-order items
• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
• Used consumables (batteries, oils, filters)
• Items without original packaging
• Tools modified or altered from original condition
• Electrical items that have been installed or wired

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or our error
• Use a trackable method and consider shipping insurance
• Package items securely to prevent transit damage

Refund Process

Processing Time

• Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
• Refunds issued to the original payment method
• Credit card refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear

• Full refund for items in perfect, unused condition
• Original shipping is non-refundable (unless our error)
• Return shipping may be deducted unless covered by us

Partial Refunds

• Returns after 30 days but within 60 days
• Good condition but missing accessories/packaging
• Light signs of use yet resellable

Exchanges

Different size or model of the same product (subject to availability) • Defective items under warranty • Items received in error

Process: Obtain exchange authorization → Ship the original item with RA → Replacement ships after receipt/inspection. Price differences and shipping may apply.

• Provide clear photos of the defect/damage and packaging
• Do not use damaged tools; keep all original packaging

• Full refund including return shipping

Large or Heavy Items

Hazardous Materials

• Items with batteries or classified as hazardous have special return requirements
• Not eligible for air transport—contact us for instructions

Store Credit

• Option to receive store credit for the full purchase amount (including original shipping)

• Not redeemable for cash

International Returns
